- Reviews — your name (shown publicly), email and optional phone (never shown), rating and review text.
- Video Review Contest entries — your name and city (shown if you win), phone, email, social profile and the video link you share.
- Newsletter — your email address.
- Technical information — such as your IP address, used only to protect our forms against spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the service you asked for
- To check and publish reviews and contest entries

What is shown publicly
Only your name, rating and review text are shown with a published review. For contest winners, your name, city and the published video are shown. Your email, phone and social profile are never shown publicly.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to provide our services (for example with our hosting provider), or when required by law.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising cookies. A login cookie is used only for the Review Mark team’s admin area. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
